As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future. Participate in and complete a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for management roles. Collaborate with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and leadership responsibilities. Progress toward a management position by applying learned skills and participating in on-the-job experiences. Benefits
