is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead our newest Smashburger location.
In this role you will manage a team of shift leaders and frontline staff, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and serve as the champion of quality service.
Manage the performance of multiple Shift Leaders and frontline employees.
Promote a fun, positive work environment and maintain high standards of teamwork.
Implement and monitor people‑focused processes using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4‑step training method.
Reward and recognize employees who exceed company standards.
Ensure daily completion of check‑lists (line checks, uniform standards, opening/closing procedures, safety logs).
Maintain guest experience metrics such as NPS and OSAT.
Enforce food safety standards and local health department compliance.
Lead onboarding and training for new hires.
Communicate routine management updates and follow COGS and cash policies to minimize losses.
Manage labor planning using the forecast tool and adjust schedules as needed.
Support local store marketing programs.
Requirements
1‑2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to follow all Smashburger guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations.
Must complete Smashburger training program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in people‑management: assessing, coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self‑directed, highly motivated, and results‑driven.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in high and low temperatures.
