to be the first point of contact for our Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys helping others and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and taking accurate messages Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room usage Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping Qualifications
