Jubilant HollisterStier is a proud member of the Jubilant Pharma family. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our team on site in Spokane, WA. Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and qualification activities on laboratory instrumentation as directed. Implement appropriate computer operating system permissions to laboratory equipment workstations to comply with regulatory requirements. Diagnose laboratory equipment issues and perform the necessary maintenance to return equipment to compliant functionality. Assist in other troubleshooting as directed by the Supervisor. Prepare acceptance reports for laboratory equipment. Adhere to plant safety programs and applicable GMP or other regulations. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment to assure accuracy and confidence in performance. Perform computer systems backup as required and ensure data integrity is maintained. Create new procedures as needed. Participate in internal and/or external client interactions as appropriate. Perform special assignments as directed by Supervisor and coordinate/lead group projects related to laboratory compliance and equipment. Qualifications
Associate Degree in Science with minimum 2 years of experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, or related hard science) desired. 2 to 4 years of related experience required; pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated industry experience desired. Laboratory experience (3 years) desired; proficiency in troubleshooting instruments and mechanical aptitude desired. Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and general software/database configuration desired; coursework in computer-related systems desired. Microsoft Word and Excel experience required; mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required. Knowledge of analytical instrumentation, ability to interpret literature, and clear written/oral reporting skills. Understanding of GMP, chemistry, statistics, and data processing desirable; initiative and willingness to learn required. Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted; exposure to allergens; repetitive activity, prolonged sitting and standing required. Shift
