Job Duties:
Demonstrates safe work habits while performing all electrical service tasks/projects with limited supervision.
Executes plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, services, intercom, fire alarm and other electrical systems.
Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
Installs commercial electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
Installs safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
Prevents breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
Performs effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
Ability to use ( Sage) Work order system and provide detailed notes, hours work, material used
Ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and vehicles utilized by service department.
Maintain valid driver's license and be deemed insurable by Company's insurance carrier
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, vendors, and others
Perform other appropriate duties, as assigned
Attend and actively participate in team-related meetings
