Overview Newforma is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager with a proven track record of over-quota achievement to join our Enterprise team. The primary objective for this role is to nurture and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of customers to generate up-sell opportunities within the base. The right candidate will be a “farmer” at heart, with hands-on experience managing a portfolio of 30+ clients for both renewals and add-ons.
Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact, voice for the customer, and build long-term relationships.
Develop and execute a game plan to grow accounts through upsell opportunities.
Negotiate all aspects of the renewal process and develop win/win strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships.
Assist customers through phone, email, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify business challenges, at-risk accounts, and develop recommended solutions through Newforma products and services.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and deliver exceptional day-to-day service.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor and analyze product usage and create plans to increase adoption.
Work with the Sales team to onboard and further develop relationships with new clients.
Requirements
6–10 years of proven Account Management or related experience working directly with existing clients.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment; natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability.
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time and project management skills; focus on process improvement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Experience with Newforma products, Autodesk products, Trimble, Procore, and other AECO software is preferred.
This is a remote, full-time, customer-facing position with expected travel of up to 30%.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience working in the construction industry, either at a firm or a software company.
