About The Sales Manager Position — You’ll guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads, and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities
Guide for families and older adults — be the boots on the ground inside and outside our communities to help older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player — collaborate with local professionals, volunteers, and organizations to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local entities. Partner — work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required Valid driver’s license Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation Benefits & Additional Information
