Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Execute territory strategies to win new enterprise business and consistently exceed growth targets.
Execute the Sales Process: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure while surpassing revenue goals.
Articulate Value: Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives by understanding business challenges, tailoring use cases, and delivering outcome‑driven conversations.
Learn & Collaborate: Partner cross‑functionally with Business Development, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Implementations, Billing, and Deal Desk to deliver seamless customer experiences and mentor peers.
Hunt & Prospect: Develop and maintain a robust, high‑quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and complete opportunity tracking. Travel as needed to engage customers in person.
Qualifications
Experience that counts: 8 to 10+ years in quota‑carrying, closing SaaS sales roles focused on enterprise accounts with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strategic mindset: Proven ability to navigate complex, medium‑to‑long enterprise sales cycles and foster trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Revenue focused: Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
Domain knowledge: Strong solution‑selling skills with the ability to listen, understand diverse customer challenges, and position software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms).
Strong communicator: Collaborative and analytical with a customer‑first mindset and the ability to partner across teams to use insights to drive sustainable growth.
Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $127,800 — $183,655 USD + Variable Compensation.
