To learn more, visit . is seeking a **District Sales Manager, Carolinas**, to join our dynamic sales organization. **The territory for this role includes: North Carolina and South Carolina.
The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Charlotte, NC area.** This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.In this role, you will execute **Rockfon** market strategies, both short and long term, while working directly with contractors, distributors and architects, selling and specifying **Rockfon** products. You will support **contractors (45%),** **distributors (35%), architects (10%)** **and administrative (10%)** and will present trainings and AIA presentations to architects, designers, end users and distributors.
You are responsible for account management including merchandising, updating binders, installing and maintaining displays and ensuring good price points.* Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field* **Strong relationships with contractors and distributors** **a MUST** and secondarily, architects and designers* **5+ years experience in commercial sales within interior building materials a MUST**.
Experience with acoustics or ceilings a plus* Effectively manages business plans on CRM, keeping information current on sales activities, ongoing strategy for sales development, and results for all target accounts, and new business opportunities* Excellent Presentation Skills* Skilled at building and maintaining high level relationships and networks* Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience* Ability to travel up to 50% of the timePart of ROCKWOOL Group, Rockfon improves wellbeing across the world by creating quieter, healthier, and more beautiful indoor spaces.
