Automotive Sales Representative ! We’re looking for energetic, goal-oriented professionals who are ready to deliver exceptional service and help customers find their perfect vehicle. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand and assess customer needs to recommend the right vehicle options Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain vehicle features Negotiate pricing and financing options Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Complete all paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership policies Qualifications:
Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (but not required) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus) What We Offer:
