Commercial Lines department
with the implementation of programs tailored to meet department objectives and fill identified skills gaps.

What You'll Do
Coordinate the implementation of programs tailored to meet department objectives and fill identified skills gaps. Facilitate training, processes, systems usage, and other tools to support both agency and larger organizational needs using adult learning principles to best impact the transfer of knowledge. Work closely with Agency Leadership to understand needs, impact, and feedback on all current training and prioritize future training needs. Serve as coordinator/trainer for initial new hire onboarding. Evaluate programs and courses to assess effectiveness. Document department workflows either independently or in conjunction with subject matter expert

What You'll Need
Bachelors degree or 2-4 years of P&C insurance experience Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license, with our support Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills Demonstrated customer service focus Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
