Summary
The associate will primarily be responsible for general building repair, maintenance, and preparation of in-transit valuable items. They will also assist the Building Operations team as needed. Location
South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway(Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane Benefits

Commensurate based on experience Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned Cleans up worksite debris Provide general maintenance and building repairs Provide general support for Building Operations This position reports to the Building Operations/Maintenance Supervisor Other duties may be assigned Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required Work quickly and without direct supervision Great attention to detail Fork-lift experience a plus Box truck or step-van experience is a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s license. Work Environment
Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly daily Must be able to travel up to 20% occasionally for remote warehouse maintenance and transportation tasks Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Heritage Auctions welcomes and encourages applications from women, minorities, veterans, mature workers, and persons with disabilities.
