Counter Sales associate , you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors (though it's a plus) — a background in automotive parts is essential. What You Will Be Doing Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge. Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions. Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores. Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, telephones, and catalogs. This Is The Right Opportunity If You Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions. Have experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair/tinkering. Are willing to learn automotive parts if you lack experience. Want to grow your career with endless opportunities. What You’ll Need Valid Driver’s License. Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade school is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Enjoy fast-paced retail environments. Good listening skills and empathy. Additional Qualifications (Not a Deal Breaker) Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
