Regional Sales Manager – Sheet Metal Software and Fabrication
Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in California to sell our advanced Sheet Metal Fabrication and CAD/CAM software solutions. The position is remote within the PST and MST time zones, with travel up to 50% of the time.

Job Responsibilities The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth and profitability across the West Coast and MST markets by promoting Hexagon’s advanced solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships and trust.
Leverage expertise in Sheet Metal Fabrication and CAD/CAM software to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications Must‑Have Skills:
Proven sales experience in industrial manufacturing or related fields.
Deep knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication and/or CAD/CAM software applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a large geographic territory and travel up to 50%.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Established network within the PST and MST manufacturing sectors.
Experience with Hexagon’s solutions or similar technologies.
Multilingual abilities (e.g., French) for Canadian engagements.
Physical Demands
Often required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while using a computer or conducting virtual meetings.
Regularly required to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events, including prolonged periods of standing or walking.
Occasionally required to lift or move materials, samples, or equipment up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing technical drawings and presentations.
Regular communication with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
This position is remote, with travel required within the PST and MST time zones.
Office setup to accommodate meetings, calls, and administrative tasks when not traveling.
