Client Service Specialist Hagerstown, MD Direct Hire $40‑70k
Responsibilities
Greet clients in person and over the phone
Receive checks and security deposits, and process new accounts
Schedule client consultations
Assist Financial Consultant in gathering new assets
Proactively uncover additional business development opportunities
Place trade orders
Answer securities‑related questions
Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients an exceptional experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses preferred
Minimum two years’ experience in a direct client facing role, ideally in financial services, retirement planning, or wealth management
Understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
Detail oriented
Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
