The Lead Wellness Advisor/Lead Retail Sales Associate will advise customers in selecting cannabis products, act as an ambassador of the company’s mission, and uphold customer service excellence, product knowledge, and state compliance. The role may include onboarding and training of new hires and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Responsibilities

Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints. Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid in product selection. Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets. Verify customer documentation and IDs; ensure accuracy of orders dispensed; perform bagging and receipt checks. Label, package, and process customer orders; handle cash using the POS system following SOPs. Investigate discrepancies and escalate as needed; troubleshoot POS issues. Maintain records of dispensary activities in compliance with state regulations and company standards. Perform routine inventory counts; ensure stock organization and regulatory compliance. Assist in organizing store merchandising and displays; support store opening/closing procedures. Onboard and train Wellness Advisors; ensure day-to-day policy and regulatory compliance. Escalate employee relations issues promptly to management. Complete shift checklists and required inventory reports. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers. Ability to learn technical/product information in a consultative manner; understanding cannabinoids is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance). Benefits
