The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in planning and executing the addressable and digital advertising campaigns of Ampersand's media clients. This individual will work with a designated team to ensure flawless campaign planning and execution as well as provide optimal client service support for assigned Advertisers and Agencies. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests pertaining to their advertising programs. This includes: preparing sales proposals, collecting and presenting research/data information, providing clients with rates, creative deadlines and technical specifications, coordinating measurement/attribution elements and reporting campaign delivery. Responsibilities

Work across functional groups such as MVPDs, Partners, Research, Data, Pricing and Planning to assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and media plans Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders on coordinating and streamlining strategic planning initiatives Create media plans that adhere to client expectations and KPIs Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process Communicate campaign specifications and creative lead times to Advertisers/Agencies Ensure that all pertinent information has been received in order to successfully execute a campaign Monitor campaign performance and ensure we meet KPIs Provide client-facing metrics and reporting Requirements

2-3 years advertising related experience Working knowledge of digital and linear media math Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently in an office setting with employees, clients, and customers Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, & work overtime if necessary Work independently and proactively on projects and follow through to completion Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter with an aptitude for defining new processes Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required Must possess a passion to drive the business forward What We Offer
