Storm Guard of the Smokies is seeking a top-tier sales performer for an Outside Sales Representative role in Roofing & Restoration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, confidence in face-to-face communication, and the ability to climb roofs and assess property damage. Responsibilities
Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage or the need for work to be done. Meet with homeowners to educate them on their options and guide them through the claims process. Measure and estimate repair needs using proven systems. Generate new business through grassroots marketing and lead follow-ups. Requirements
1+ year of sales experience. Confidence in face-to-face communication with homeowners. Ability to climb roofs and assess property damage. Reliable transportation and strong time management. A self-starter mentality - motivated, independent, and organized. Benefits
