Overview
Position: Sales Representative (Shop-at-Home Flooring Specialist) | Location: Snohomish County, WA (Marysville HQ + surrounding cities)
Jay’s Flooring LLC is one of the fastest-growing independent flooring companies in Washington. We specialize in shop-at-home flooring solutions — bringing carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile directly to our customers’ doors, backed by our Warranties. We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
Run shop-at-home appointments (leads are provided)
Educate homeowners on flooring options (carpet, LVP, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, tile)
Provide accurate in-home quotes and close sales
Manage customer relationships from quote to project completion
Follow up with leads consistently (our top reps follow up 18+ times before closing)
Collaborate with our installation and operations team to ensure a smooth process for every customer
Qualifications
Previous sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred, but not required — we provide training)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized
Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with customers in their homes
Team player willing to learn and grow
Compensation $50,000 to $200,000 per year
