Parking lot patrol and security duties for IPSC. You will help to prevent and deter crime through: Performing both regular and random patrols of multiple premises Reporting any security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences When necessary, performing control procedures Operating emergency equipment Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports Investigating breaches of property You must meet the following requirements and qualifications: Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Sound communication skills Professional presentation Ability to work as a team member and solo Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week Reliable transport Active cellphone Ability to pass a drug screen Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Physical and mental requirements include: Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and quickly in emergencies Ability to read and interpret written information under various circumstances Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to emergencies Physical ability: walk, run, stand, climb, sit Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required Good mental health and ability to make quick decisions in emergencies Must meet state licensing requirements to perform Security Officer work; must be able to obtain armed or unarmed license as applicable Accommodations to the above will be considered and offered when possible.
