Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Engineer
in
Murfreesboro, TN . The position requires strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure and process design, preferably with municipal systems. The role involves managing both public and private projects, with a focus on local municipal and quasi-governmental clients (e.g., water/sewer authorities). Required software knowledge includes Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and Microsoft Office. Experience with InfoWorks WS and/or InfoWater by Innovyze is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and a P.E. license are required.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a Masters in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer license is required. Experience:
15+ years of experience working with the design of municipal water/wastewater projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze, coordinate and manage several large or complex projects at one time. Manage and develop project staff, supporting and evaluating each individual towards achieving their maximum potential. Complete projects on-time and on-budget under high-level administrative supervision in terms of broad objectives and limits. Advanced knowledge of project tracking software (Vision/Microsoft Project). Intermediate knowledge of Word/Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Project experience in the southeastern United States, preferably Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
