This includes creating a positive first impression through exemplary customer service, adhering to the customer service pledge, and promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities
Service Excellence
- Create a positive first impression with exemplary customer service skills for all customer groups, including patients, families, physicians, staff, and support personnel. Follow the customer service pledge. Collaboration and Teamwork
- Communicate information timely, sensitively, and effectively; follow up as needed. Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse needs and communication styles. Technical Expertise
- Proficient with computer applications and telecommunication systems. Maintain medical records with strict confidentiality per HIPAA regulations. Positive Impact and Problem Solving
- Exhibit responsibility for creating a positive environment and suggest solutions to problems. Ensure the environment is always regulatory compliant and well-maintained. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; secretarial coursework preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 6 months in healthcare preferred. Special Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills; ability to multitask; proficient with computers; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; maintain composure under stress; demonstrate caring attitude. Physical Demands:
