The Special Access Program Security team ensures the security of classified information for Anduril’s most sensitive programs and contracts. Team members are located across the country and collaborate to protect Anduril and government information and defense products. ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Contractor Program Security Office (CPSO)/Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to join our team at Arsenal-1 in Columbus, OH. This is a security position requiring a qualified security professional in support of special access program initiatives. The CPSO will manage, direct, administer and develop security programs and procedures for assigned programs with contractually imposed security requirements beyond 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule requirements. The CPSO will interface with government agencies regarding assigned program security matters and collaborate with other Anduril CPSOs to manage all security-related aspects of assigned programs. This role requires detailed knowledge of government policies applicable to Special Access Program (SAP) security and practical experience implementing this knowledge in a fast-paced, scaling manufacturing environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Submit program access requests, prepare for government inspections, conduct and report self-inspections, process visit requests, conduct security briefings and debriefings, maintain access rosters, enable and manage classified mail, and manage IDS/access control systems for spaces associated with assigned programs. Perform security administrative tasks (e.g., filing and tracking systems, logs/lists, securing program areas, coordinating with internal and external customers across Information Systems, Mission Assurance, Insider Threat, Physical Security, and Facilities). Maintain personnel security records for SAP and SCI-related programs using SIMS, DISS, JADE, and other applicable systems. Perform initial access eligibility determinations, process Pre-Screening Questionnaires, and create PARs and SCI nominations for assigned programs. Process incoming/outgoing classified visit certifications and conduct internal self-inspections and government assessments on behalf of Anduril. Maintain classified material accountability records, including inventories and disposition documentation. Maintain knowledge of prime and subcontract DD254s and ensure materials are properly marked and controlled. Review requirements and system documents to ensure security requirements are addressed and implemented. Interpret and implement security classification guidance and investigate security violations/incidents with recommendations for corrective actions. Develop and maintain the program’s SOP, provide strong support to internal and external customers, and participate in program and staff meetings. Collaborate with physical security on access control and alarm systems; maintain program Fixed Facility Checklists and accreditation documentation. Develop/update Security Education & Training modules and conduct initial and recurring training as applicable. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education/work experience. At least five years’ experience with special programs in an ACPSO or CPSO role. Detailed knowledge of applicable DoD policies, instructions, and manuals related to SAP security. Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities. DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with Special Program accesses. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
