Qualifications Valid state cosmetology or barber license. Previous leadership experience in a salon preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of beauty products sold in store. Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
