Lead Teacher Certified FullTime 1719 per hour

Job Summary: The Learning Experience is seeking a certified Lead Teacher to join our childcare team. We’re looking for passionate educators who want to inspire young children ages 6 weeks to 2 through play-based learning, creativity, and discovery. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide assistant teachers. Create a safe, nurturing, and fun classroom environment. Implement The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum. Communicate with families about children’s progress. Partner with leadership to meet classroom and enrollment goals. Qualifications: ECE certification (90 hours) At least 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred). Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
