AUSTIN, TX Purpose
This position provides research support for projects in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Austin, working as part of a team including faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduates. Responsibilities
Review medical records, conduct pre-screens and full screenings, obtain informed consent, and assist with recruitment efforts. Execute data collection and assessments, accurately enter data, report adverse events, and ensure regulatory compliance. Participate in subject management, coordinate study visits, work with investigators and staff, and perform administrative tasks. Perform other related functions as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field. Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, handle sensitive information, and adapt to a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with human subject research, bilingual in English and Spanish, familiarity with REDCap, phlebotomy certification. Additional Information
Salary starts at $40,000+ depending on qualifications. May involve working around chemicals, biohazards, and in various physical conditions. Requires submission of resume, references, and letter of interest. Applicants should ensure all materials are uploaded before submitting the application.
