Remedy Restaurant Host About The Role: The Host is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences. The main priority of this role is to provide a warm, friendly, and inviting welcome experience for all patrons. What You Will Do: Greet and seat guests in an efficient manner. Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Answer the phone, confirm reservations, and make new reservations. Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Be adaptable to work in any of the Food & Beverage outlets at the property as needed. What You Bring: Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience. Strong computer skills to utilize programs such as OpenTable. Good communication skills; this role has direct contact with guests. Fluency in English is required for this location; current work authorization in the United States is required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
