Job Description: Responsibilities
Develop, mentor and oversee Training Supervisors responsible for new hire onboarding, on-the-job training, content creation, and maintenance of training curriculums. Manage employees, administer annual performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conduct interviews. Stay current with industry trends to update training content; follow cGMP and align training with FDA and other regulatory guidelines. Design and maintain cGMP-compliant training programs and curricula for manufacturing and operational support functions; ensure training documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Support tech transfer and new product introduction by coordinating training on new processes and equipment. Administer Learning Management System and Excel for tracking and reporting KPI monitoring. Perform deviation investigations related to the assigned area, implement corrective actions or change controls, and revise applicable Training SOPs. Identify and order required training tools and materials. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Project Management or related field required. Will consider high school equivalent + 10 years of progressive experience. Teaching or Training certification(s) desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Associate in Project Management (CAPM) desired. 5+ years of training experience in manufacturing, training, learning management or operations required. 2+ years in a leadership position required. Mentoring and overseeing supervisors required. Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA and other regulatory guidelines required. Leadership and training experience in a CMO, client-driven environment desired. Adult learning principles, training using teaching methods for adults, desired. Experience with Learning Management Systems desired. Continuous improvement methodologies preferred. Microsoft Office experience required; data entry and analysis for tracking projects and metrics required. Strong organization, prioritization and ability to achieve project goals; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication, including public speaking. Occasional access to classified areas with exposure to cleaning chemicals, latex and gowning attire required. Shift

Hiring Wage:
$102,075– $149,700
annually, depending on experience, with growth opportunities and annual raises. Midpoint and above reserved for longevity and outstanding performance.
