Overview The University of Virginia's School of Education and Human Development seeks qualified applicants for the Department of Human Services to teach and provide content expertise for programs in Youth & Social Innovation. Opportunities are available on-grounds at the University of Virginia and online.

Qualifications A terminal degree is preferred, but not required, in an appropriate field of study for the course to be taught. Applicants must have a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Previous K-12 or higher education teaching experience in the course content area is strongly preferred.

This is an at-will faculty wage position which does not carry benefits. The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment. This position will require an Education Verification, Criminal History, and Sexual Offender Registry Check.
