Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role. Experience in catering, banquets, or large-scale event kitchens preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ServSafe or other food safety certification required. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
