WE ARE: Snake River Sporting Club is a luxurious retreat with amenities including a private golf club, residences, and a vacation rental pool. The property spans nearly 1,000 acres, featuring a world-class golf course, equestrian center, fishing, and a working ranch. In partnership with Snake River Sporting Club, Noble House is opening The Sylvan Lodge, a full-service luxury hotel on site, offering hotel rooms and condos, outdoor access, a rooftop wellness center and spa, and access to resort services and amenities.

Position Summary
As a Concierge, your primary responsibility is to assist guests by providing information, recommendations, and coordinating services to enhance their experience. You will be a point of contact for guests, delivering a high level of professionalism and personalized service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support Guest Interaction Concierge Services Communication and Coordination Knowledge of Local Area Guest Recognition Upselling and Promotion Collaboration Health and Safety Compliance Flexibility Abilities
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Prioritize and organize Remain calm, think clearly, and resolve problems using rational judgment Lead and mentor new and veteran team members Understand guest expectations and needs Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team Communicate effectively with clients, guests, homeowners, and members Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive resort information Qualifications
Previous experience as a Concierge or similar role within the Hotel & Resort Industry Essential: Efficient computer skills, effective communication, strong organizational ability, multitasking, and understanding of business and sales principles in hospitality We’ve Got You Covered
