Duke Health is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers in Durham, NC for Duke Emergency Medicine’s Clinical Evaluation Unit. Responsibilities
Duke University Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center with 75,000 visits annually. 24-bed Clinical Evaluation Unit expanding from 11 to 24 beds in October 2025; facility includes an 18-bed pediatric ED, 3 adult care areas, 2 fully equipped x-ray rooms and 2 dedicated CT scanners, a 7,000 square foot ambulance bay, and an 8-bed psychiatric emergency unit. Schedule opportunities include 12-hour day shifts with 3–4 night shifts per month or nocturnist position. No call required. Candidates must have at least one year of Advanced Practice Emergency Medicine, observation, or critical care experience or have completed a residency/fellowship in Emergency Medicine or critical care. Qualifications
