We are seeking a skilled, dependable
Line Cook
to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for scratch cooking, a strong sense of teamwork, and the drive to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items according to Le Sud’s recipes and plating standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times Assist with prep, station setup, and closing duties as assigned Follow proper food handling and safety protocols (ServSafe required) Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high volume Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed Qualifications
1-2 years line cook or relevant kitchen experience preferred Strong knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork Passion for Mediterranean and French-inspired cuisine a plus Schedule & Compensation
