Security Supervisor

Position Purpose We are seeking a professional Security Supervisor to lead the security team and ensure the safety of hotel operations. This role requires leadership, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to respond to critical incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Security Agents, including overnight staff.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, monitoring, and emergency response.
Respond to incidents and coordinate with management and local authorities as needed.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift logs.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for security team members.
Collaborate with hotel leadership on safety and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Prior supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Security license or ability to obtain one if required by local regulations.
