Plant, prune, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and groundcovers. Keep lawns and outdoor spaces looking sharp: mowing, edging, trimming, raking, sweeping. Prepare soil, apply fertilizers, and manage pests and weeds responsibly. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, sweepers, irrigation systems). Power wash, clean concrete surfaces, and help maintain athletic fields and event areas. Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment and chemicals are handled properly. Minor irrigation repairs What We\'re Looking For

Hands-on experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance. Knowledge of plants, soil, watering, and pest control. Comfort using hand and power tools for grounds work. Physical ability to work outdoors year-round, lift, bend, and kneel. A detail-oriented, dependable team player who takes pride in their work. Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Completion of a course in gardening methods or some paid or unpaid experience in maintaining lawns and shrubs. Desirable Qualifications
