Assistant Route Manager

The Assistant Route Manager supports the Route Manager in overseeing janitorial operations across multiple client locations. This role helps ensure that cleaning services are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and support overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Route Manager include: Support Route Manager with scheduling and daily planning Assist with daily supervision of janitorial staff across assigned locations Client relations & communication. Quality assurance & compliance. What We’re Looking For: English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred. Minimum 1+ year of experience in janitorial, cleaning services, or a related field Valid state driver’s license and personal transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed. Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces.
