Seek growth as a coach/advisor by attending camps, clinics and pursuing other opportunities to learn current trends and teaching techniques in the activity. Ability to work with kids and promote a positive environment. Recommended completion of First Aid/CPR Certification. Complete and maintain MHSA Coaches Certification Program. Complete and understand the HPS Student and Activity Handbook. Complete the CDC concussion training session required by the MHSA. Qualifications
