Guest Services Agent (Full Time Seasonal) Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is in the Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is part of a development with 17 ski lifts, residential units, hotels with rooms, conference and retail space, and a large ski-beach feature. The property includes 436 luxury accommodations, meeting space, lobby areas, and amenities for guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival and create the first impression. Assist with luggage to and from rooms, store luggage before check-in, and retrieve luggage at departure; act as a bellhop focusing on luggage handling throughout the stay. Maintain clear communication with front desk staff, other Guest Service Agents, and team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. Assist with loading/unloading and coordinate with hotel guest services as needed. Open doors for guests and provide a courteous, seamless experience; regularly inspect the entrance area to keep it clean, presentable, and hazard-free. Qualifications
Valid driver license and clean driving record may be required. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal skills. Benefits
