Salary Commensurate with experience, $55k‑$75k / year (plus monthly profit share)
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations with a team of 3‑5 managers.
Ensure high food quality, cleanliness standards, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct team member training, development, and mentorship.
Review financial information, monitor inventory, and maintain efficient operations.
Maintain strict standards for food and beverage quality, driving sales and delivering a guest‑first experience.
Qualifications
2+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment.
Passion for hospitality, results‑driven, trustworthy, and team‑oriented.
Food Manager Certification or hard‑working, outgoing, positive, friendly attitude.
Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred.
