Lead day-to-day operations on active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors Partner with Project Managers to plan work, monitor costs, and resolve issues Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality protocols Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of excavation, concrete, and piping Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules Commitment to safety, quality, and team success Benefits
