Job Description We are expanding our virtual sales team and seek highly motivated individuals who thrive in sales environments and enjoy earning rewards for their efforts. Our mission is to provide reputable products that safeguard our customers' hopes and dreams. As a full-time Inside Sales Representative, you will: Engage with insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more. Utilize your insurance knowledge to identify customer needs, coverage gaps, and recommend suitable Allstate products. Convert warm leads into customers through consultative sales strategies — no cold calling involved. Work remotely to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. Compensation & Benefits Total Target Compensation:

$49,400 - $74,100 annually (Base Pay + Uncapped Incentives). Incentives depend on performance and are not guaranteed. Base Pay:

$17.50/hour Sign-On Bonus:
