Sales Job Description: Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and/or sales, with a deep understanding of the market to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within key U.S. markets like food & beverage and FMCG in general. Responsibilities: Driving Strategic Growth & Executive Engagement: Achieve significant sales growth and exceed revenue targets by developing and executing comprehensive strategic account plans.
Delivering Integrated Siemens Solutions: Leverage the full breadth of the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio to architect and deliver innovative, impactful solutions.
Delivering Measurable Customer Value & Sustainable Growth: Drive rigorous opportunity management and accurate forecasting, fueled by proactive demand generation and in-depth account research.
Shaping Market Presence & Strategic Insight: Establish Siemens as a recognized thought leader in the CPG sector.
Managing Key National & Global Accounts: Serve as the primary Account Executive for critical national accounts and strategically manage Headquarters accounts for global clients based in the USA.
Qualifications: Experience & Track Record: 8+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex solution environments.
Industrial Acumen: Strong understanding of the CPG industry including market dynamics, key players, and business drivers.
Executive Presence & Collaboration: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and influence across direct and matrixed teams.
Channel Navigation: Proven success navigating diverse sales channels, including direct sales, distributors, and system integrators.
Mindset & Logistics: Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of urgency, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Academic Foundation: Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Digital Transformation Expertise: Deep understanding of Discrete and Process Automation or Digital Transformation solutions, and their application within CPG processes.
Siemens Portfolio Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the Siemens Digital Industries product, solutions, and service portfolio.
Complex Opportunity Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute sophisticated opportunity pursuit strategies across complex ecosystems.
