Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing
Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions
Work independently on player development
Devote the majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to guests
Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first-time guests
Communicate with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing team members
Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or events
Issue comping based on player ratings
Host outside entertainment for guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters
Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing
Follow all safety rules
Adhere to departmental quality standards
Maintain compliance with Gaming Board Rules, internal Controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Work within company guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid state gaming license
