Aimbridge Hospitality Job Description: About Us As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed. Key Skills/Responsibilities
Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met. Communication and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment. Safety and Compliance: Handle 'Lost and Found' items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Education & Experience
2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required. High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
