POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Manager will work closely with our industry experts, experienced sales and client success teams, and product specialists to establish and execute growth strategies for our world-class clients, developing solution roadmaps that expand our partnerships.
The Account Manager should take a client-centric approach to develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and develop a corresponding solutions roadmap and executable sales and marketing strategies.
While working with Customer Success to drive usage and adoption, they will be measured by their revenue coming from (1) Add-on, (2) Upsell, (3) Cross-sell, and (4) Expansion. Together with CX, they will share the responsibility for renewal.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This role demands immediate revenue impact while driving a world-class client experience. The ideal candidate for this role will strike a balance between executing with excellence today and striving for continuous improvement to be better tomorrow. Accountable to generate demand & execute opportunities resulting in subscription revenue to achieve and/or exceed the bookings quota. Develop and execute a plan in collaboration with CX, SMEs, and Leadership to achieve a qualified pipeline of 3X the annual bookings quota Relentless learning of our clients, IGEN solutions, and value proposition, the markets we serve, personal productivity, and sales execution. Update and maintain CRM database and provide accurate weekly reports reflecting territory and pipeline status Live our values of “Climbing Together”, “Bringing the extra”, and “Making Bold Moves” Find A Better Way
by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization Continuously learn and develop professionally Support corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & procedures Perform other related duties as required and assigned QUALIFICATIONS
Required: University degree: 4-year BS or BA strongly suggested 5+ years of relatable sales experience suggested Nice to have: Industry experience (relatable to IGEN’s suite of products) Experience executing complex sales cycles Drive to succeed. Results-oriented Integrity: do what you say you are going to do & beyond for your team & your clients Adaptability & plasticity. Intellectual curiosity & a thirst for innovation A strong desire for personal & professional growth Personal accountability. Ability to execute individually and as a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting Ability to resolve complex problems Ability to develop strategies and execute Professional appearance and presentation required Willingness to travel as necessary Preferred: Previous experience selling complex solutions Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
