Early finish Fridays Uncapped commission structure Account Manager Responsibilities, Goals & Tasks: Lead and manage relationships across designated accounts Develop new relationships within designated accounts with a view to generating additional revenue and placement opportunities. Terms of business, contract and rate negotiation Hosting networking events Manage the full lifecycle of a recruitment process Develop annual forecast and budget plans for each account Having generated requests for contract staff the Account Manager is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates. This will either be undertaken alone or in conjunction with a Recruiter appointed to the assignment. The arrangement of interviews including the provision of travel information where appropriate Explanation of matters relating to tax and social costs if contract placement is 1099 or W-2 depending on which state the contractor will be working in Gather necessary candidate documentation and associated information Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement. Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement. Efficiently handle contract extensions and identify gaps with clients where additional services could be introduced. Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects. A keen focus on compliance regulation and commitment to adhering to established rules, regulations, and standards. Identify and understand issues to find effective solutions and make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation. Thorough attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks Commitment to safety and ability to adhere to client specific Personal Protection Equipment and site safety requirements.
