Role Description The

E-Commerce & Digital Sales Operations Associate

will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce activities to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient backend operations. This role sits at the intersection of

Shopify site management, order processing, customer service, and operational coordination , helping drive online sales and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Shopify Management

Maintain and update product listings, inventory, and content on Shopify

Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers or agencies when needed

Order Fulfillment & Customer Service

Oversee daily order processing, shipping, and returns

Provide responsive and professional customer service across channels (email, social, etc.)

Track and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a premium brand experience

Digital Sales Operations

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and newsletter drops

Coordinate with marketing to ensure online assets and promotions go live on time

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and report on trends

Operational Support

Manage administrative tasks tied to e-commerce operations

Maintain accurate product data and pricing

Support cross-functional projects (logistics, stock transfers, reporting, etc.)

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online sales (luxury, fashion, or DTC preferred)

Proficiency in Shopify (or similar platforms) and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.)

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer-service mindset and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly

Familiarity with inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and digital marketing basics

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and building systems from scratch

Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
