NeuroHealth Sales Specialist – Fort Worth, TX – Teva Pharmaceuticals
Overview Teva Pharmaceuticals is a global leader in generic medicines. This role focuses on the psychiatry space, responsible for a long‑acting injectable therapy for schizophrenia and promoting existing Psychiatry products in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities
Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for the geographical assignment.
Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, market access, operations and training.
Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed territory‑level sales goals.
Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing and in‑servicing of products.
Consult with physicians, nurses and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient education.
Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan.
Apply a range of traditional and non‑traditional problem‑solving techniques to improve performance.
Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; psychiatric therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
Record of successfully achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
Experience launching products in the psychiatric space across multiple settings of care.
Proficiency with technology for live and virtual customer interactions.
Knowledge of reimbursement and managed care strategies.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
Ability to travel as required, including overnight and weekend travel.
Must successfully pass background, motor and drug screening.
Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
