We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong service-oriented mindset to help grow our pest control business. This role focuses on building relationships with both current and former customers, conducting property inspections, and driving sales through trust and expertise. Most leads are residential and inbound, so you're set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including outreach to existing and former customers. Manage 4–6 qualified leads per day—primarily residential (90%)—with a focus on inbound interest and service requests. Conduct on-site property inspections using our standardized 27-point checklist to assess pest-related issues and recommend tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with technicians and the operations team to ensure timely communication and outstanding customer service throughout the sales and service cycle.
Core Skills
Sales and relationship-building Outbound calling and follow-up Customer service with a consultative approach
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in sales within service-driven industries (e.g. pest control, roofing, construction) Strong blend of hands-on experience and closing ability—ideally from a blue-collar background No degree required; practical experience valued Software proficiency: Microsoft Excel and experience with service-focused CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro, or other major platforms
Experience Level
Intermediate—ideal for someone who’s confident in the field and ready to take ownership of their pipeline.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
PTO and Sick time is hard to accommodate - if you are not selling you are not really making money - if they are clearing their draw
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Virginia Beach,VA.
