This role involves maintaining and growing a sales region in industrial sales and co-pack. Responsibilities

Industrial Sales Manager responsible for maintaining and growing your sales region in industrial sales, co-pack. Acquire new accounts and maintain existing co-pack and bulk cheese customers and programs. Maintain customer service levels and relations in the market area. Monitor company and customer bulk cheese set asides; report market conditions as they relate to company competitiveness. Assist with coordinating/balancing industrial and plant bulk inventories and requirements. Identify and understand customer needs to effectively sell products or services. Meet with customers to build and maintain sales and customer relationships. Present, promote and sell finished goods and bulk cheese programs using solid arguments to prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Research new prospects and reach out to leads through cold calling, networking and other means to grow the business. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services, including forecast and monitoring of sales figures on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Build and maintain excellent standards with customers on pricing arrangements, quality of product and service, and maintain company and personal reputation. Maintain internal contacts with all internal stakeholders. Attend industry/business-related regional and national conventions/seminars and travel for business as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Industrial Sales, Executive Vice President, President & CEO. Details
